A couple of different King Cakes made this past week. The first one (traditional with cinnamon & brown sugar filling) was for my Churches Mardi Gras party on Tuesday and the second (cream cheese w/cinnamon & brown sugar filling) was for a birthday party today celebrating her 40th which was on Tuesday!

The baking is underway for the Bandera Mardi Gras this Saturday from 10-5 in front of the court house. Come see me and try some delicious homemade baked goods!!!
I will update throughout the day on what is being baked and will be available! First batches of gluten free chocolate chip cookies are complete and the gluten free chocolate chip and peanut butter chip cookies just came out of the oven!!
