Kneading Dough Bakery My little cottage bakery that I stumbled upon. I can provide different sourdough breads, cinnamon rolls, muffins and cookies.

All products are baked in my home, not inspected by a local health department.

💥 We have lots of new people joining our page. I bake everything fresh the day of. If you order for Wednesday, it is baked Wednesday morning starting in the 5:00 hour. Morning pick ups/meet ups are rarely possible due to cooling time. Thank you all for being here! 🍞

My friend brought it to my attention that people she worked with didn’t even know I was the person who ran Kneading Dough. 🙃
So, for those who don’t know, I’m Lindsay! I reside in Piney Flats, TN with my husband and our three children. For 17 years, I have been a Registered Respiratory Therapist at JCMC and Niswonger Children’s Hospital.
I have always had a passion for baking and cooking for people, so in 2024 I decided to post a few of my items on Facebook for sale. Fast forward to 2026 and this bread making business still humbles me sometimes. 😂😂 For anyone wondering, sometimes bread just has a total mind of its own. Keep going. 🍞
Thank you all for being here, for trying my baked goodies and supporting my cottage bakery.
