Good morning! I’d like to thank everyone who has dealt with my crazy schedule this summer, and also apologize for the inconsistency in drop times and days. Just dropped off a pan of my favorite gluten-free, Celiac-friendly cinnamon rolls for the cinnamon roll bun-off at St. Andrew's in the Pines Episcopal Church. It smells like heaven over there, and I’d hazard a guess tastes like it too! Be sure to stop by and cast your vote for your favorite sweet treat, and buy a pan of your very own to enjoy at home! This week I made my way back to my old stomping grounds in Western NY, and am planning a visit to my favorite bakery, Ecklof Bakery! Even though our daughter can’t have any of their delicious treats, I’ll be looking for inspiration to bring back to WY! Orders will resume next week! Wishing one and all a safe and joyful 4th of July celebration!

It’s been a productive two days! (not everything is pictured😅)I just want to give a HUGE shout out to every single person who takes the time to share my little bakery, order, and cheer me on! They say the first year is the most difficult, and I believe that’s true for business owner and customers alike. So thanks, for all of the constructive feedback and patience as I learn to navigate ALL the things and learn from my mistakes. What an extraordinary half-year it’s been!
