Hey there, newbies! Welcome to my sourdough squad - I'm Michelle, the head baker and chief everything-else-er at Mama's Sidedough! That's right, I do it all, from mixing to mingling, baking to delivering. I've been baking for ages and started my sourdough adventure in September of 2024. I've got my go-to recipes, but I'm always up for a flavor party or a special request! Just don't expect your bread in 5 minutes, we're talking 2-day turnaround, give or take a few hours. I bake from home, mostly in my PJs, and occasionally venture out to events - keep your eyes peeled! Welcome to my sourdough world, where the bread is fresh and the vibes are chill!!
