At Celly Bakes, I believe that everyone deserves a delicious treat, regardless of dietary restrictions. Celly Bakes was born out of necessity and love when I discovered both myself and daughter had to follow a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. Faced with limited options that met our dietary needs and still tasted amazing, I set out to create my own recipes.

Each of my small-batch baked goods are lovingly crafted in our home kitchen, ensuring not only that they are safe for those with dietary restrictions but also that they're packed with flavor.
