One of my favorite parts of baking isn't the bread itself—it's seeing where inspiration starts.
The colors, textures, and flavors at the farmers market remind me why I love working with seasonal ingredients and baking from scratch.
Every loaf tells a story, and it all begins with the people who grow the food, the changing seasons, and the beauty of what's growing right here in Arizona.

As someone who spends most weekends baking sourdough, it was so fun stepping into a different side of baking and learning the art (and patience) behind laminated dough

There's always something humbling about being a student again — learning new techniques, asking questions, making mistakes, and appreciating just how much work goes into every pastry.

So grateful for experiences like this that continue to inspire me creatively and push me outside my comfort zone.

Now excuse me while I dream about croissants for the next week
