After a lot of thought, prayer, and future planning, we’ve realized our business is entering a new chapter- one that deserves to be fully reflected in who we are and how we show up.
When we first started Whisk and Meadows, the name reflected our original vision- sourdough baking (hence the whisk) alongside handcrafted tallow goods. As time went on, our focus naturally shifted toward creating thoughtfully curated, tallow-based care products… and it has grown into more than we ever imagined.
As we head into the new year, with new opportunities and plans still unfolding, we wanted a brand that truly reflects where we’re going. Terra is Latin for land or earth- an ode to natural living, traditional tallow, and returning to what’s rooted and real. Bare represents our commitment to keeping things simple, honest, and clean- no excess, just thoughtfully chosen ingredients.
Someone once mentioned how often our product appearance has changed over time, and we welcome that. It means we’re paying attention, refining, and refusing to stay stagnant. In our first year of business, we’re choosing growth over comfort as we learn, expand, and raise the bar on quality.
Over the coming weeks, you’ll see a gradual transition to reflect this new chapter. The first noticeable change will be the updating of our name across social media platforms. Our website will be unavailable effective this Friday the 19th while we work hard behind the scenes over the next two weeks to ensure it fully reflects these updates and aligns with the direction we’re heading. During this time, orders can still be placed directly with us through DM.
While the name is changing, the products you know and love are staying- crafted with the same care, intention, and quality you’ve come to expect.
