So we’re doing 2016? Word.
The year of Snapchat filters. Also the year I was 6 months into working at Roka Akor with crazy how 10 years later, at a new place, we have made our way back to each other!
So l included a couple of the things we did there. And yes those are squid ink buns .
Lots of busy holidays.
Also got my drivers license that year. Yes at 19.
Panthers also went to the Super Bowl!
Made a baby shower cake for a friend..... I have greatly improved
but love him for asking me anyways
to make it lol.
Universal studios with 2 of my siblings + “meeting” Mr.
President Obama.
Wanted to become a photographer and take pics of my sister at her last dance show.
Had my oldest niece graduate kindergarten, and spent so much time with them.
Saw at the bank & was too nervous to say hi.
Someone at work made a Trump lemon with mushroom.
I’m not political, just thought it was funny to include. My audience knows.
& my donut picture I post every year on donut day was created at .
Oh! And I started at Talking Stick.. where I would end up working until 2023 & move up to officially becoming a Chef. A

Hi 👋🏼

Allow me to introduce myself 🤭
My name is Kim :) but I have many many nicknames!
Just please don’t call me Kimberly. That is my government name and I don’t like it lol

I am your local AZ baker & I have been at this pastry/baking world since 2019 when I started culinary school, went to work at my first restaurant, did the casino life, became a chef, did a graveyard job, and now back to working the line which is honestly what I enjoy. Ive been the absolute happiest since leaving corporate casino life. Even if I had to wake up at 1am for a 2am shift. (Crazy girl). I have had a huge support team since leaving and why I was able to book 30 weddings in 2024. So, Here are some random details about me !

1) You will almost always find me in red lipstick. It’s my signature along with a cat eye. I picked it up during culinary school and it just stuck.

2) I love being an aunt. It’s the best feeling in this entire world to love your siblings children’s more than life itself. I have 4 beautiful nieces & one nephew :)

3) Red hair. I love going red. Red nails, lips, hair, outfits. It’s gonna be red. Except that time I went blonde .

4) I’m small. Not tiny but small. I stand 5 feet (and half an inch) . I think it’s funny sometimes you all are surprised I can carry a three tier with ease.

5) I love to travel. I really want to go on the Ratatouille ride in Paris 🥖

6) I did a pageant once. Ha, that was fun. Tried a Sprinkles cupcake for the first time.

7) A lot of people don’t know I was an actual pastry chef. I did the thing. My wish came true.

8) I love ATV’s . That’s it.

9) I collect license plates from places I travel, Funko Pops, stickers, pins, & now pokemon cards.

10) I’m a sports girlie. Carolina Panthers ; Phx Suns ; Dbacks & also a Swiftie.

I love love. I love weddings. I love cheesy romantic songs & movies. I love that each cake fits the perfect vibe of each couple. In a beautiful garden venue filled with mini desserts + the wedding cake just for the couple, we executed this treasure.

Busy busy November with it being a mostly wedding month & December is still pretty open.

To book - please reach out with at least 2 weeks notice with a date, and as much detail as you can give me, and filling out the form helps with a lot of back & forth.

Now booking- through September 2026

October 2026 will open in April or May.
