CupcakeCamp Phoenix is this Sunday! You can just show up and eat if you're still not sure whether you can come. Consider taking the light rail or biking. Some of the event is outdoors so sunglasses, hat, etc. may be useful. We are expecting more than 300 cupcakes. Hope to see you and your sweet tooth!

Thank you to everyone who participated as a baker, volunteer or an eater of all things cupcake! The event drew more people than expected--definitely in the neighborhood of 100-200. We had only about 6 dozen left over out of 650 cupcakes and 150 mini cupcakes!!

Just a reminder about tomorrow folks: It's first come first serve. These cupcakes are coming from your friends and neighbors in the community so there's only so many of each flavor. And all flavors are coming out in different time slots. Also, organizers are not responsible for ingredients people use or what they made out of their home kitchen. But every person bringing something is someone who enjoys baking and/or cooking. Thanks!

Looking forward to seeing who pops in to nosh with us Sunday. Current estimates indicate there will be 500-plus cupcakes(!) but they all won't be out at the same time, of course.

As we get closer to Registration Deadline, just want to remind people that bringing store-bought cupcakes is perfectly acceptable and welcome! Also welcome: mini cupcakes, savory cupcakes and anything with a pie or gamer theme. ;)

There's a strong possibility this will be a CupcakeCamp with a gaming bent to it. Working on possibly having an old-school arcade game with free play.
