Have you tried the Golden Khorasan? 🌾🍞

This beautiful loaf is made with Khorasan flour, an ancient wheat variety known for its naturally golden color, rich, buttery flavor, and slightly sweet, nutty taste.

It makes a gorgeous sourdough with a tender, chewy crumb and so much flavor—especially when toasted with a little butter. 🤎

I enjoyed meeting a lot of you at Corvallis Makers Market, who have had my bread either First Alternative Co-op or via pre-orders.

Not pictured my wonderful husband Russell Houghtaling who manned the booth while I went home to take a nap.
