Alex was enjoying a beautiful day at the beach in Avalon, New Jersey, tossing a football down near the surf.

Then it happened.

His gold wedding band disappeared into the sand. 😳

Amanda called me early in the morning after realizing her college class ring was missing from the beach in Avalon, New Jersey.

The strange part? She never remembered taking it off.

After talking through what happened, we figured the ring may have slipped off while Amanda was applying sunscreen and playing with her kids.

She had a general idea where the family had been sitting, so I met them on the beach and started the search.

Taylor thought her Prendie High School class ring was gone. 😳💍
Her aunt called me about the ring, which had been lost the day before on the 10th Street beach in North Wildwood, NJ.
Luckily, I was only a few minutes away.
Taylor showed me where she had been sitting with her friends, so I started gridding the area with my metal detector.
Nothing!
Then Taylor remembered something important.
After her friends left, she had moved her chair about 200 feet away to sit with another group.
I started another grid.
Then… BAM! 🎯
The signal I had been waiting for!
A scoop of sand revealed her gold Prendie High School class ring! 💍
Taylor had to head to work at the Seagull Shack in Wildwood Crest, so I delivered the ring to her.
