It has been some time since we posted last, but we wanted to share a few updates. Hailey and our entire family are doing well. Hailey still has a passion for baking and is currently enrolled in Middle Bucks Institute of Technology in the Culinary program. She is learning so much and bringing home a ton of great things for us to try. They have a restaurant that is open to the public and you have to make reservations. This is so students can learn the front of the house as well beyond making everything that is served. We had the opportunity to eat there last week. What a fantastic experience!

To Our over 1200+ Followers/Supporters and the entire community who has encouraged Hailey who is now 14 to follow her passion, we want to say a HUGE THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! Unfortunately, we were forced to put this journey on hold for a bit due to circumstances beyond our control at the moment. This was not our choice. Before the speculation starts, we are all healthy, we are all ok, and Hailey would love to continue if she could. Hailey plans on continuing this journey by attending Middle Bucks Institute of Technology this coming fall in the culinary program.

Posts on this page will be items that Hailey creates that are not for sale and have not been sold. Please continue to follow her journey as she continues to work on her skills and techniques.

The process has taught Hailey so much that she will carry with her for the rest of her life. Things many of us take for granted. From answering a phone call, returning a phone call, how to write an email, keeping track of orders, inventorying supplies, planning and time management, business skills, and now tough life lessons, along with so much more.

This process has brought our family together in a way we could not have imagined. Some tense moments, many joyous moments, some creative moments on challenging designs, some challenges when the design doesn't work, many time management challenges, and unfortunately, some tears last week, but seeing the smile on our daughter's face and how proud she was made it all worthwhile. We will miss these moments.

Throughout the entire process, Hailey has stayed humble. Many of you may not know but Hailey doesn't tell anyone about this project of hers. Not teachers and not friends, unless someone asks her directly about it. That is the amazing young woman she is. This process has enabled her to donate hundreds of dollars to various charities and local programs. We are so proud of this young lady.

We are forever grateful for each and every one of you who followed this journey and supported this journey in your own way, we hope to say this is not the end of the journey but a pause as we figure out the next step.

Sorry we have been a little MIA lately. Hailey entered 9th grade this year which increased her schoolwork. She took some time off to focus on that. She will be back with Easter treats! Thank you to all our loyal customers and look for our Easter goodies soon!!!
