Diner en Blanc - Philadelphia Diner en Blanc is an elegant large-scale picnic from Paris taking place in a secret location. It promises to be a can’t-miss event of the year!

Launched nearly 30 years ago in Paris by François Pasquier and his close friends, Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris continues to bring more than 10,000 people together each year in some of the French Capital’s most prestigious sites. Over the years, the event has grown in recognition and attendance, taking place at the Pont des Arts, the Champs-Élysée, and the garden of the Palais Royal, amongst others.

In 2013, Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris celebrated its 25th anniversary by gathering nearly 15,000 guests at Le Louvre, in the garden of Trocadero, and in front of the Eiffel Tower. Today, more than 70 cities around the world host their own Dîner en Blanc, including Paris, New York, Sydney, Tokyo, London, Los Angeles, Kigali, Haiti, Chicago, Philadelphia, Melbourne, Johannesburg, Singapore, Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. Le Dîner en Blanc wishes to promote friendship and elegance, setting a new standard for chic outdoor events. Built by friends and for friends, Le Dîner en Blanc is a unique event. Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia returns this August and we need volunteers! If you are interested in being an On Site Volunteer or a Table Leader, please complete the New Volunteer Survey at the link below by May 7th! A volunteer kickoff event will take place in mid-May. Details will be sent once you complete the form.

Bigger, better, and brighter - every year, we wait patiently to see what our creative, collaborative guests will bring to the (literal) table. is themed "100 Years of Gatsby" we can only imagine this year's tables are sure to be the bee's knees!

While decorating is not mandatory, we are awarding prizes for Best Table Decor, and our judges are always looking for the most creative takes on your table! No open flames, and obviously white is the name of the game - let's see what you got!!
