As a child, I often visited my grandparents in a lovely village in West Ukraine. The scent of freshly baked bread, skillfully made by my grandma every Saturday, always filled our home. Her hands were the creators of this delightful masterpiece. Those memories sparked a lifelong dream of sharing the warmth and deliciousness of homemade bread with my friends, family, and community. Instead of choosing a traditional bakery, I set up a micro bakery right in my own kitchen.
