These number/letter cakes are so fun! I love how you can personalize them and make them exactly what the client wants. This one was sweet and elegant and I loved the touches of gold. It also had some delicious strawberry buttercream inside 🤤🍓

My youngest daughter begged me for a cake that had “flowers, butterflies, cats, and dogs” 😂 and then unicorn and rainbow candles to blow out. lol this girl is a character but we pulled it off! A little busy for my taste but she was SOOOO happy ❤️🥰

Hey everyone!!!! I’m sorry I’ve been so silent- I’ve been incredibly busy!

I have an announcement to make… unfortunately I’m going to have to step back a bit on my business. For now I’m not going to be able to do sourdough bread and other items on a regular basis, but will still take a few custom cakes. I’m already booked for the rest of the year and WILL ONLY TAKE 1 CUSTOM CAKE A WEEK for the foreseeable future. I’m really hoping to do a bread drop here and there in the future but we’ll see.

This has come after much thought and prayer and it has been sooo hard for me because I feel like I’m letting all my loyal customers down! 😢 I’m so sorry. I have been soooo honored by every single order and so so grateful for all of your trust in me! Baking for people is my love language.

I have always wanted to work in a bakery and I was given the opportunity to be a cake decorator at HEB (if you’re a Texan, you know!) and I’m going to see where that takes me for now. I’m hoping it gives me a better family life balance because family is the MOST important thing to me right now- and my kids have taken quite the hit this last year. I want to be present and with them when I’m home ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been gone on a family vacation for the last week but the cakes didn’t stop! I did some for family members 🥰 I didn’t have all my tools and ingredients but I made it work enough 😉

I even figured out how to make a vegan cake for my family! I haven’t figured out smooth vegan buttercream but I was fine with it for a first try.

I LOVE doing these for the people I love most of all 🥰

Time lapse! This cake really gave me trouble for some reason. There’s always one 😂 I redecorated it a couple times because I just didn’t love the piping and then it took at least an hour to place the little individual edible beads. Then the very humid hot day made a big bubble show up under the frosting which I had to fix.
