Whew!!! The oven is officially OFF! Here is what’s making its way down to Moonbeams & Magpies - The Mercantile tomorrow.

I have regular AND gluten free versions of each.

✨ LIMITED QUANTITIES✨

I bake fresh and don’t like to freeze things to sell later.

I like leftover dinner but not baked goods 😉

** yes, I use artificial dye free food coloring AND traditional sprinkles with food dye…not together 😉 I’ll be switching to naturally dyed sprinkles too! **

GLUTEN FREE DINNER ROLLS!

Something I’ve been wanting to work on and add to the lineup, more GOOD gluten free bread options.

If you’ve ever had store bought gf bread……you know…it’s not that good. The texture is usually dry and there’s just no taste. There ARE some good ones but very few.

Upon request, I’ve been playing around with recipes to find a good gf bread/roll recipe and THIS is a good one. 🍞

Due to the softness of the dough, shaping is an issue so the rolls are baked in muffin tins. This can also be made into a full sized loaf.

Has good flavor & texture. ✅
Stays soft ✅
Made with a variety of gf ingredients to make a unique flour blend ✅

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted but I’m still here. 👋

I’ve been taking some time to figure out some new (healthier) options, as well as work on a work/life/baking balance. It’s tough!

I just wanted you to know I’m still around and able to make you up something yummy, full of delicious positive energy!

I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for their support & encouragement this year as I’ve •slooowly• started rolling with this side business of mine!

I’ve got a very busy schedule coming up for the holidays with family gatherings and such so I’m unable to do much in the way of orders right now.

However, starting in January, I’d love to expand and be able to have more pop-up events regularly & fill more special orders.

Reach out with questions or for a list of things I can make, both gluten free and traditionally. My list is growing all the time because I like making different things and adding to the line-up!!

Please note, I don’t typically have baked items on hand. I bake to order or bake in large quantities if I’m planning a pop-up event somewhere.

I can typically make a jar of freshly ground nut butter (peanut, almond or cashew) with a day or two advance notice!

16 White Velvet cookies - aka my husband, Jeff’s favorite cookie. Like a sugar cookie but the added cream cheese changes the texture and flavor just slightly. Always a favorite once it’s tried!! $1/cookie

Another really great pop-up event! 🙌

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to support us and a huge thank you to my beautiful friend, Mandy at Moonbeams & Magpies - The Mercantile for letting me set up there (& insisting I set up inside due to the chilly, wet day). 💛

It was so fun to see all the shoppers dressed as witches of all kinds!!

Also, thank you to my wonderful friend, Thelma who held a sound healing on Friday and included our snickerdoodle and white velvet cookies as a take home treat for those who attended.
