Me: I have 16 dozen cookies due to fill orders by Thursday in addition to my uber busy day-job/career, plus packing for a weekend getaway and cleaning for the dog sitter. Gonna be another busy week. 😓😳

Also me: Ooohh, I have some buttercream in the freezer from Valentine’s Day so let me just make a quick couple dozen cookies including some that have nothing to do with that buttercream for my family. Because.
