Grateful.
That is the best word I can think of to describe this past year.
I sat down with my planners to start transferring the 2023 dates I have already booked into my new 2023 planner. It made me pause and reflect on this past year and all of the full weeks of names and events. As I flipped through my 2022 planner, I felt a immense sense of gratitude and love.
I posted a photo of cake I made for my sisters friend back in 2020. The support and encouragement I received after that post was incredible. I never expected to be sitting here, just over two years later, with a full time business and completely filled calendar. I can’t express to you just how much it means to me that you all have trusted me to bring your cake visions to life, for all of your most important moments and events. I love seeing the reactions of kids faces when they see their favorite character as cake. Or the love of a newlywed couple, as they cut their first slice of wedding cake to share with each other. It is so fulfilling to me to be a part of your family celebrations, and to help bring those smiles to so many faces.
I am so excited to head into this new year and make new cake creations for you all! I appreciate each and every one of you for supporting me and following me along this journey. None of it would be possible without you.
