The last two weeks have been all about the graduation cookies. It pained me a little to make UofA cookies (Go Devils), so I have been joking that they are the ugliest cookies I have ever made. 🤣 Thankfully, they were well received. Then, I had the opportunity to make cookies for one of my previous 2nd grader's high school graduation! ❤️

My newest set of cookies is one of my favorites that I have ever made. We had a cookie contest at work and the theme was "International Christmas Cookies". I decided to make cookies to represent the Mexican holiday, Las Posadas. I didn't have cookie cutters for most of these, so all but the "title plaques", ornament/flag and flower were cut by hand (not something I want to do again any time soon. 😆) It was worth it though because I won in the "Best Presentation" category. I was very excited that the piñata cookies worked the way I envisioned (video in the comments). Which cookie is your favorite?
