My name is Darra and I believe what we eat truly impacts our health and well-being. I love to bake and wanted to be able to provide baked goods with only the best organic ingredients. Organic unbleached flour, pastured organic eggs, grass-fed dairy, etc and I will never use seed oils. I can accommodate allergens, but please note I am not a dedicated gluten-free home. I do have a regular job as well, so availability is limited. Organic ingredients do cost more, so my prices will reflect that.

Captain America Cake

Two 6” layers of gluten & dairy free chocolate cake with naturally dyed dairy free vanilla frosting. Naturally dyed stars & stripes sprinkles with a Captain America shield piped on top.

Arlo’s birthday isn’t until 10/13, but I’ll be out of town for fall break. Cakes can easily be frozen and Arlo’s mom has frozen a few of the cakes I’ve made for their family.

Hummingbird Cakes!

Three 8” (3 layer) hummingbird cakes with cream cheese frosting to serve their guests

One 6” (2 layer) with cream cheese frosting for the bride/groom cake

Not many have heard of this flavor but it is SO good. Sort of like eating banana bread with a pop of pineapple sweetness and then a good crunch from pecans.

I can’t wait to see these cakes on cake stands and with flowers that match their color scheme.
