Happy Easter Everyone!!
Made an alternate to ham feast
Not pictured goregous shrimp cocktail - hand boiled myself LOL
Arugula salad with maple lemon vinaigrette, store bought sliced packaged cooked beets, orange reduction drizzle, and store bought sugar walnuts
Braised Beef short ribs in cabernet wine, large baked potato with sour cream, butter, and chives
Grilled cardamom organic carrots
Breaded eggplant parm with sauce
Stuffed mushrooms with crab meat topped with a succulent sherry butter on top
Let's not forget the homemade Chocolate Silk Pie I made that is absolute perfection.
All cooked sabayon no raw eggs here! All homemade whipped cream just cheated on the cookie crust as that was pre-made 🙂
