We enjoyed some freshly baked Mountain bread yesterday on our snow day! This bread holds up well as a sandwich bread with airy, light texture but soft, buttery feel or pairs well as a side for soups! It’s hearty but not heavy!
Also, love my homemade bow knife slicer! Good clean cuts for all sorts of foods!

Good Thursday morning Loafers! We have made it a full week in the new year and it’s almost the weekend! One of my favorite methods to dry herbs is to hang dry them, it makes your space smell wonderful but it does take a little time and patience. So worth it for my rosemary bread and it’s locally grown by my brother in law! 🌹 🍞 ❤️ nothing good comes easy, sometimes you have to work hard for it but that’s ok I like a challenge!
