Rick and Morty Lychee cake

This cake was a Lychee Cake made with juice from the Lychee and Lychee pieces filled with Lychee jelly filling topped with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

I was inspired by Lychee champagne I had with was light and sweet just like this cake

Happy Friday Everyone! I just wanted to take a second to introduce myself for those of you that don't know me.

》My name is Vivian, I am 30 years young (Cancer sun), Cuban American & live in Pembroke Pines, FL.
》I am currently a Cake Artist at which I absolutely love! Thanks to my boss I have learned and grown so much ❤️.
》I used to study buisness and work as a bookkeeper but I gave all that up to work in the field I am passionate about 👩‍🍳.
》 I have an Associates in Baking & pastry from Le Cordon Bleu and a Bachelors in Hospitality Management from FIU.
》 I love mixing flavors and textures. Some of my favorites are Cheetos & buttercream, Guava on pizza (or anything), and bacon with Anything sweet 😅.
》I love Sci-fi & horror. My favorite movies are Star Wars (favs are Revenge of the sith & The force awakens) & I am obsessed with baby yoda!
》I have the most amazing boyfriend (Kevin) that I love very much ❤️
》I also love spending time with my friends, eating, painting, traveling & my three Beautiful dogs🐶 (Mabel, luna & lola).

For the month of april I will be offering 3 Easter themed bento cake flavors starting at $15. Price will go up depending on if you want a custom design.

Blueberry Citrus - Blueberry & Orange Cake filled with lemon curd and topped with Orange & Lemon buttercream

Carrot Cookie butter - Carrot cake with Biscoff cookie butter filling topped with Biscoff buttercream

Confetti- sprinkle filled cake with Vanilla bean buttercream

They will be available for pick up /delivery on Saturday April 16 & Saturday April 30. Delivery fee will apply.

There will only be a limited amount so get your orders in now!

These chocolate and Nutella brownies are filled with whole Reese's cups and peanut butter chips as well as topped with a Nutella & peanut butter swirl and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Special birthday cake for .uk 30th!!

Since his passion is calistenics I wanted to try to make a figure who could hang from the bars like he does. It was not an easy feat but I think it came out great for my first time😊
