I was asked to make 3 dozen cupcakes for a Baptism today... i made 3 dozen white muffin sized cupcakes with homemade frosting. Threw some gold sprinkles on them and make a white chocolate cross to go on top. I used edible gold spray on the crosses. I think they came out pretty nice and i hope they enjoy them.

Good morning my sweet peeps. Just an FYI. I do not keep sweets stocked up in my house. I only make things that are ordered. I will make what is asked for and then a lil but more to sell after the ordere is fulfilled. I have a full time job and my kids also take up a lot of my time, which is why I ask for at least a weeks notice so I can plan my time accordingly. I appreciate each and every person that follows my journey and buys sweet treats from me.

I am thinking about making Chocolate Covered Strawberries for this weekend. I do not like Valentines day being on a Tuesday. They will be ready for pick up or delivery in Pecos only on Sunday before the Super Bowl. I need to know by Thursday if you would like to order some. They will be $10 a dozen. Each package will have 6 Chocolate and 6 White Chocolate.

Gonna have some Biscochos ready for Valentines day... $5 a package.
