Avantco 8qt mixer
I had purchased used for the bakery for a second mixer. We were not able to use it due to having to close. It only has the one attachment. The paint is messed up in places but other than that works fine. $350 obo brand new at webstraunt.com $619. I am unable to add the video. If interested I will send. Pickup Paxton, Illinois

She keeps saying the kitchen staff was illegal, but according to this, they were not!! Me or the other person that had a food manager‘s license was there every day!!! Kitchen staff is not required to be a manager!!!! And we had our public health permit. It was hanging in the dining room!!!!

If you read some of the posts from the person we shared the building with. She keeps saying she’s not into bashing. But she’s trying to do a really good job of tearing down Mareci’s reputation. We have never had any problems with public health. No complaints from customers to public health or anything. she is just trying to make herself look good by using our ideas and bashing me! Why doesn’t she just go on about her business and quit talking about me? Apparently, I’m living rent free in her head.

My next short post-WE WERE NOT CLOSED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS SOMEONE IS IMPLYING!!!! She is throwing the word illegal around way too much! 

PUBLIC HEALTH WAS NEVER IN CONACT WITH ME!!! I just spoke with Nancy at the Ford County public health department. She said we were in good standing and she had no problems with Mareci’s!!!!

I will have a longer post once I talk to my attorney-being bashed on Facebook by the gal we shared the building with isn’t going to continue. There is a whole lot to the story she hasn’t told!!
