When you're family, and you have a cake decorator in the family, can you even have a "regular" birthday cake? Not when it's MY mom's birthday. Pulled out all the stops to celebrate how sweet she is.

Triple layer, dark chocolate cake, dulce de leche whipped cream filling, chocolate almond buttercream, caramel sauce, sliced almonds and dark Swiss chocolate and almond squares with more caramel sauce on top.
