It's always fun trying new flavors! A few weeks ago, my son came across a reel showing pizza bread and wanted to try it. So I made a loaf with pepperoni, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning in it and it was great! A family I regularly bake for thought it would be really good as bagels, so tried that too, and it must have been good since they ordered it again.
The loaf here is a new flavor combo that was also requested, it's got strawberry, white chocolate, and cinnamon included.
If you ever want to try something not on my menu, let me know!

Obviously the best smell in the morning is coffee, but fresh baked bread is definitely a close scond!

A little Saturday morning baking!
We had a bake sale to raise money for our theater program last night, have a brunch this morning, then potluck and a super bowl party tomorrow. So I'm getting to spend plenty of time in my favorite room: the kitchen! I could do without the extra dishes, but I'm so blessed to be able to feed lots of people!
I'm available for orders any day next week, so let me know if you need anything!

Lots of time in the kitchen today. For sourdough, I got a couple loaves of parmesan garlic baked, and got 3 regular loaves mixed up and risen, now in the fridge to ferment overnight and bake tomorrow. I also took care of a lot of garden produce that was piling up: 10 jars of tomato sauce, 5 jars of green beans, and 4 assorted jars of candied jalapeños (haven't made those before, but the hubby requested, so we'll see how they turn out.)

Spent a large portion of yesterday in my kitchen, restocking our waffles and granola, making up a loaf of banana bread (that usually doesn't last long in this house) and some pizza dough, and made up a batch of salsa and got it canned. With basically 3 teenagers in the house, trying to make as much as I can from scratch, and not having a dishwasher, I spend a lot of my time in my kitchen!

I'm open for orders every day next week, so let me know if you need anything!

These loaves are not sourdough, they are white bread. My kids are divided on what they like and claim that sometimes sourdough just has too much flavor, so I do bake regular yeast bread also. I absolutely love the perfect shape I get from these pans I bought a couple years ago after my oldest complained that homemade bread didn't fit right in the toaster.
Regular white bread is $5 per loaf and I can do these that slice into squares or rounded top.

So happy to be back in my kitchen baking this morning!! I'll be taking orders every day through Saturday. Then I will ...
