It's Chocolate Time!

Gina's Kitchen will be closed on Saturday October 8th. We will be at Choctoberfest at the Arapahoe County fairgrounds from 11a - 6p. Come out to Choctoberfest and indulge or visit Taco Choi and the Central Bar for savory korean tacos and a refreshing beverage at the Parkside Eatery

We will see you back at home Sunday the 9th at 9:00 a.m. with your favorite acai bowls, sandwiches, and goodies!

Ha! Facebook reminded me today that it has been 12 years since Ron Ron the Gorilla Man and I had our pop up food cart on the corner of Champa & 18th, downtown Denver, selling Italian meatball and sausage sandwiches. (AKA Grinders to you easterners!)

Unfortunately Quiznos opened up right across the street and b***h slapped us, putting us out of business in a couple of months. Man that was fun!...Not the b***h slapping part--that didn't feel good.

BUT... that led to the next opportunity that has been just as fun and very exciting, my bakery Gina's Kitchen Delights, which has officially OUT GROWN my house--seriously, and into Gina's Kitchen!

June 2022, I will be moving into my very own storefront in the Parkside Eatery, at Sable and Alameda, in Aurora, as a bakery and light bistro!!!!! Finally!!!! Yay!!!

I am VERY excited for this new adventure! I have been soooooooo patient!

So...stay tuned for more developments and the official press release on Monday!!!

Hi Friends!

Gina's Kitchen Delights will be at the Colfax Art fest, previously known as Muralfest, in 40 West in the Lamar Station Plaza parking lot (Casa Bonita parking lot), tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 9 pm. We will have your favorites and a few new items to try. Come out play with us!

There will be local artists and musicians as well as artisans and food vendors!
