I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am excited to announce that baking will start this month! Please stay tuned for updates.

I want to also explain how cookies will be sold. I'm not selling by the dozen- I will be selling by the batch. Below is a double batch of cookies, split between two different flavors. I'm selling by the batch to ensure cookie quality is upheld and that no ingredients are wasted (because they do make a lot depending on cookie size)!

Anyone here a fan of M&M cookies? I've been playing with M&Ms and marshmallows. Took them as samples and the feedback was these were softer/chewier than traditional M&M cookies. What do you all think? What's your favorite thing to put in a cookie?

Hi Everyone!

After some trial runs in the commissary kitchen we had, I have decided to move back to my home kitchen. Under a Cottage Food License, this is allowed. I am currently on the hunt for a new commissary kitchen if anyone has any leads.

Friends!

I've been running trials out of the commissary kitchen. Ovens are the same but so different. If there is anything you need to know about me, it is that I value taste, texture, and ingredients above all.

What is your favorite type of cookie? Soft? Chewy? Crunchy? A combo of all three? Let me know in the comments!

Morning friends! Paws&Treat may be under a Cottage Food License, but I am using a commercial kitchen. I ran some sample batches and tested the ovens yesterday.
