Welcome! I bake mini cakes that are all homemade. Don't want a cake that comes from a box? No problem at all! Hello! My name is Lindsey Mooney.

I am here to help create delicious cakes just for you! I am a wife and mom to a beautiful daughter. I was born and raised in DeForest and currently reside in Pardeeville. I work full time at a fire department and bake on the side. Besides my family, baking to me is my happy place. It is something I truly enjoy and am very passionate about. When I decided to start Bite Sized Bliss, it was a way to

allow myself to show what I can truly do and to share the goodies with you all. When I am not baking or working, in my free time I enjoy spending time with family, reading, working out, or getting out and enjoying the fresh air.

I had a customer ask to sample some goodies. They chose 2 of my favorites, sugar cookies and homemade cinnamon rolls! This sample order gave me an idea! Stay tuned for more details!!

I had the privilege of making a sweet girls first birthday smash cake! What a fun theme and this was the perfect way to start out the new year baking in my new kitchen!

While I have not posted in awhile, I have quietly been baking behind the scenes! I would like to share a little update with you all as it is approaching quickly. My family and I will be moving from the Pardeeville area and will be relocating to the DeForest area at the end of this month. With life happening and our daughter's activities and school being in DeForest, we decided it was time to make a change.
With this, I will still be baking and would love to bake for you all. If you do not live in the area that is okay! We can always make arrangements to meet somewhere mutual for your order.
Thank you all for being here and supporting my business. Because of our move, I will not be taking orders this month but will be back at it in January. From my family to yours, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New year!

This cake made it over 700 miles to its destination for our daughter's 5th birthday trip! Her one request was a rapunzel cake and that is what she got!

A Frozen themed birthday cake for our special girls birthday family get together! This cake is featured as a 3 layer chocolate cake with a white chocolate cream cheese ganache and raspberry filling. By far mt favorite flavor that mixed perfectly!

Happy Birthday to a special little girl today! When she saw it she got so excited and said "it looks just like how I wanted it!"
Featuring a 4 layer funfetti cake layered with buttercream frosting filled with sprinkles topped with white chocolate ganache and an ice cream cone cake pop!

This cake was the perfect cake to make on national ice cream day!

Another busy weekend of baking and getting to share my goodies with you all. Started out with an order of 2 dozen frosted sugar cookies and ended it with another special birthday cake for my husband's grandmother! Cake featured was a lemon cake filled with raspberry filling and a white chocolate buttercream frosting!
