Summer Break is in full swing at Bekah Bakes.

I'm not checking Facebook or responding to messages daily.

Bread has been put on the back burner while I have lots of fulld days with my kids.

Get with me if you'd like some crackers or starter. I'm still experimenting and gathering recipes. If you're dying for some bread let me know and as I am doing 2-3 loaves a week. Other than that, I'll see ya when I see ya!

Praise the Lord! All of my loaves turned out beautifully!!

I have 1 Mini Teff, 1 Mini Sorghum, and 5 Pizza Crusts available.

The Mini Sorghum Loaf and Artisan Teff Loaf demonstrate a noticeable size difference. Mini Loaves are well-suited for 1-2 people, gifts, or experimenting with new flours.

Pizza Crusts are unbaked, allowing you to roll them out to your preferred thickness.

🌟May 4th UPDATE 🌟

💯Because I am not happy with the results I am getting with my Medium Loaf pans I am going to only be offering Artisan Rounds or Mini Loaf sizes.

🥖Artisan Rounds are a 900g full size loaf that I can create designs on and bake in a Dutch Oven.

🍞Mini Loaves are a 400g loaf that is perfect for gifting or to get as a sample for yourself!

🧡The good news is that I can ensure quality with these two sizes and have had multiple successes.

⚡️I am also excited that this week I will start grinding my own Organic Brown Rice Flour to increase the nutritional quality of my Sourdough Starter! ⚡️

🌱I use as many Organic ingredients as possible!! Almost all of my ingredients are Organic and I am committed to keeping it that way!!

🍞The best way to get your Bread is to Pre-order. Tell me what flour and size you want for your Bread and I will work with you to have it ready on your preferred pickup day. 🍞
