Cake Frostings/Icings:
American Buttercream (the sweetest icing offered), available in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry & caramel flavor
Swiss Meringue Buttercream (not as sweet as American, a more creamy icing, available in the same flavors)
Chocolate Ganache (fudge like chocolate frosting)
White Chocolate Ganache
Cream Cheese Icing
Ermine Frosting (less sweet, consistency of whipped cream) Available in Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, & Caramel


Cake transportation tips:

• Place cake on an even, flat surface like the floor of your vehicle or trunk.
• Place cake on a nonslip surface i.e. yoga mat or towel.
• Have a/c on high to keep cake cold/more stable.
• When driving, avoid sudden stops, starts and potholes.
• Don’t speed. The seat is usually slanted and the cake will slide/lean. Once a cake leaves my house, it is no longer my responsibility, however if something happens, I will try and help fix the issue if possible.

It is with a sad heart that I announce we are moving and my cake business is temporarily closed. We are moving to central PA. I love all my NJ customers and I will miss you too!
