Hi everybody,

you may have missed us on the shelves recently, and that is because after much consideration and some life changes, I have decided to close the bakery. Hopefully, this is a dream I can revisit in the far future, but for now, I need to step away and focus on some other important things. I was really starting to dread something I loved and was getting burnt out rather quickly. Working a full-time job and running a business is not easy work!

In couple of months I will be selling some of my equipment, including my Simply Bread Oven and the supplies that go with it. If you know of any growing bakers, please have them reach out to me!

Thank you to all our customers, and the community for supporting me through this adventure! I truly appreciate all the love and support for our sourdough goods.

Big news! 🎉

We are now offering pre-orders with porch pickup for the month of November.

The ordering window is set for 8am Sunday - 8pm Wednesday. The pick up window is Sunday 8am-12pm in Palermo, ME.

You can find our menu and place your order for our first weekend of porch pickup in the link below.

Seasonal bagels delivered this morning, Cranberry Walnut Pumkin, Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin, and classic Everything and Plain bagels.

All flavors are long fermented sourdough. A gut friendly breakfast option!

With the Holiday season approaching and the expected increase in preorders, deliveries will be made once a week to Tobey's Grocery and Fraternity Village General Store, FVGS. Deliveries will be made on Sunday mornings and our website will be updated within the week for a more simplistic preorder process.

We’ve been staying busy and testing new flavors for fall!

One of the biggest comments we receive is the amount of flavor sourdough adds to our baked goods. It’s true, sourdough gives our breads and other goods so much flavor, and it’s not often something that taste better supports a healthier gut microbiome. The long fermentation process creates prebiotics and lactic acid which feed the healthy bacteria in your stomach and helps with the breakdown of gluten. Sourdough is a great option for those focusing on an anti inflammatory diet. Real bread supports healthy guts.

Delivery to Tobey's Grocery & Fraternity Village General Store, FVGS tomorrow morning.

Pumpkin Sourdough Dinner Rolls, which pair well with apple butter or cinnamon butter. There will also be Garlic Rosemary Focaccia, Sandwich loaves, and bagels in tomorrow’s delivery.

Hi everyone! Due to circumstances beyond my control I will not be able to make deliveries tomorrow morning. My plan is to make a delivery Monday 🤞🏼.

Hi everyone! Just popping on to let you know we will be delivering Thursday morning instead of Tuesday this week, and will be taking Saturday off.

We will be on our annual Moosehead trip enjoying Maine and nature. 🫎

There won’t be a delivery to tomorrow morning 7/30, we may have gone skydiving which has thrown us out of our normal baking routine. We will be back Saturday morning!
