Founder of Just a Bite Bakery, Abigail Heath!

A little about me!! I'm originally from a small town in Illinois and moved to Murray for college. After graduating, I settled in Paducah, where I now work as an ER nurse. With my time off, I started experimenting with sourdough and quickly fell in love with the process. Over the past year, Iā€™ve perfected my loaves and am excited to share that Iā€™ve started a small in-home bakery focused on all things sourdough!

Iā€™m officially opening up preorders!!! For the next couple of weeks, Iā€™ll be baking limited batches, and Iā€™d love for you to be one of the first to try them! Attached to this post is a menu of what is being offered this week for preorder, along with prices!!
