All ready for Friday morning! I’ve got dozens of homemade breakfast pastries ready to go for my pop-up with Just Hank's coffee shop tomorrow. We’ll be at the JCPenney parking lot from 7 AM until noon.

This is an extra special pop-up because it’ll be the last time that my summer flavors will be available for the rest of the year. Some crowd-favorites including Lemon Poppyseed, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Lemon Blueberry Rolls are leaving the menu after Friday. Don’t wait until these delicious treats are gone!

Treat yourself to delicious coffee and breakfast this week! ☕️☀️

I’ll be with Just Hank's in New Haven on Tuesday, and in Washington on Friday. And rest assured, your voices have been heard. I sold out WAY too fast last month, so this time I will make sure that there are enough Lemon Blueberry Rolls for everyone to enjoy 🍋🫐

I’ll also be bringing my popular Vanilla-Maple Cinnamon Rolls and a variety of delicious homemade muffins. This month will be the last hurrah for my summer flavors like Lemon Poppyseed and White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins (as well as the Blueberry Lemon Rolls) before I start preparing fall flavors. Some of you have already braved the wind and rain to come see me, and I’m incredibly grateful for your business. For anyone who hasn’t made it out yet, the weather has definitely calmed down a quite bit and we are still open!

Don’t miss this Sunday’s Tomato Festival at Andy's Produce Too - Union, MO! They have a TON of super fun activities planned, including a variety of tomato-themed contests and another famous shrimp boil.

To make the day even more special, Abby’s Bakery will be debuting its first Cake by the Slice vendor stall! I’ll have a few different flavors (and free samples to try them out!) and we’ll be set up early from 9 AM - 3 PM so everyone has a chance to grab a slice 🍰

In addition to cake, I’ll also have some more portable treats that are easy to eat on the go such as dipped pretzels and cake pops. My famous Ghirardelli Deluxe Chocolate Chip Cookies will also be there, and they’ll be cuter than ever. This Sunday is the first time ever that they will be available as a pack of mini cookies in a little to-go box.

I can’t wait to show you all my new products, and the improvements I’ve made to my vendor stall. This weekend is sure to be exciting, and I can’t wait to see you there!
