Saturday Update

Due to the hurricane watch and expected weather, Palafox Market has been canceled for this Saturday, October 10.

If you have a Saturday preorder, your order has NOT been canceled! I am still fulfilling all preorders and have reached out through Hotplate Messenger to coordinate alternate pickup dates and times.

Please check your Hotplate messages when you get a chance. You can reply there, message me through any of our social pages, or text the bakery at 850-889-1662.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. Stay safe, everyone!

I think I may have underestimated how much dough I signed myself up for this week. 🤣

Lots and lots of Sourdough in the works as we get ready for The Market of Milton Thursday AND our return to Palafox Market this Saturday!

For now… back to the dough.

New packaging showed up this weekend, so naturally I needed to test it out.

And apparently my idea of “testing packaging” involves baking a batch of Cinnamon Rolls.

I’m not mad about it. 💛

I LOVE how these turned out in their new little boxes!

I’m not complaining!! 😂💛

My grandmother always told me, don’t complain about what you prayed for.

And this week? Whew. The baker in this photo was running on maybe 5 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours… 😂 and I absolutely LOVED every minute of it.

All those bags? Just our Porch Pickup preorders. We had another set of Market preorders that aren’t pictured!

Watching the orders come in and getting messages asking about items that were already sold out… oh my gosh. 🥹 This is the dream.

Thank you all so much for keeping my little bakery SO busy this week. It’s all because of YOU and this AMAZING community. I’m incredibly GRATEFUL and praying for many more weeks just like this. 💛🍞
