A little behind the scenes at The Little Bakery Shoppe…

Every time we mix a fresh batch of cookie dough, we bake a few test cookies first.

Even when you use the same recipe every time, ingredients can behave a little differently. Flour hydration, butter, and baking with active sourdough instead of commercial leavening agents can all affect the final result.

A quick test bake helps us make any small adjustments before baking larger batches. It’s one of the little things we do every week to make sure our cookies are just right.

And of course, my son never complains about being our official taste tester. 🍪

📣 Big news from The Little Bakery Shoppe!!!

We’re excited to share that beginning Saturday, July 4, you’ll be able to find us at the Palafox Market in downtown Pensacola!

This is an incredible opportunity for our little bakery, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way. Because of you, we’re able to bring our organic, fresh milled sourdough to even more people.

Don’t worry—we’re not leaving our current markets! We’ll continue to be at The Market of Milton on Thursdays and The Market of Pace on Saturdays.

For next week only:
• Thursday, July 2: The Market of Milton & Porch Pickup

• Saturday, July 4: We’ll be at Palafox Market. Instead of attending The Market of Pace, we WILL be offering Porch Pickup in Pace for preorders.

We’re bringing back all three of our GIANT sourdough muffins this week:

Along with our muffins, you’ll find a full selection of our naturally leavened sourdough breads and baked goods, made with our blend of Organic and Fresh Milled flour.

Happy Father’s Day from The Little Bakery Shoppe! 💛

Wishing all the dads, grandfathers, and father figures a wonderful day filled with family, laughter, and a few sweet treats.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our little bakery. Every order, every visit to our booth, every share, and every recommendation helps our dream grow, and we are so grateful.

A very special Happy Father’s Day to my husband, Adam Hamilton. This bakery simply wouldn’t be what it is without him. From hauling equipment and setting up the markets to helping behind the scenes and cheering me on every step of the way, he’s my biggest supporter and the best husband and father our family could ask for.

Market Day!!

Rain or Shine The Little Bakery Shoppe will be set up at The Market of Milton this evening, 5pm-8pm.

Vendor Rollcall...Due to the chance of rain tomorrow, we are making a small change to our plans.

Thr Market of Milton and Local Business Night will STILL HAPPEN tomorrow night, ☔️ or ✨ ! Come out and support our local vendors and businesses.

However, our “Meet your Candidates" & 3rd Anniversary of The Market of Milton. 🇺🇸” has been rescheduled to next Thursday, June 25.

Please help us spread the word so everyone gets the update!

If you are a Local Business Night vendor or a candidate and would like to participate in both markets, you are more than welcome to do so.
