A little update from The Little Bakery Shoppe. 💛

Due to some unexpected changes, I need to temporarily pause the bakery. This wasn’t something I had planned, but for now I need to step away from baking and markets.

All current preorders have been canceled and fully refunded to their original payment methods.

I don’t know yet how long this pause will be, but I’m hopeful it won’t be too long. I’ll post an update as soon as I know when I’ll be able to start baking again.

Thank you all so much for understanding and for continuing to support my little bakery. I really do appreciate every single one of you. 💛

I was recently asked, “Do you ever bake just for fun?”

Yes. Yes, I do. Alllll the time. 😂 Apparently baking for a living hasn’t stopped me from baking in my free time too. 🤷🏼‍♀️

These fluffy, gooey Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls just came out of the oven and got topped with a warm vanilla glaze. 🤤 And these aren’t for an order or the market—they’re just for us to enjoy for dessert tonight. 💛

Sometimes you just need cinnamon rolls. 😉

And for everyone who has been missing them… Cinnamon Rolls will be returning to the menu soon!

Chocolate gravy will always have a special place in my heart. It was a childhood favorite made by my grandma—the same woman who taught me how to bake. 💛 There’s just something about warm, fluffy biscuits covered in rich chocolate gravy that takes me right back to her little yellow kitchen.

Now I have to know… have you ever had—or even heard of—Chocolate Gravy? 👀

Nothing says WELCOME BACK like a SOLD OUT day!! 🥹🍞💛

After taking a break from the market last week, you all showed up for us today, and we are so incredibly thankful!

A huge thank you to my amazing husband and daughter for filling in for me at the market today, and to my son for making sure all of our porch pickup preorders were out and ready for everyone picking up at the house. It was definitely a family effort today! 💛

Can we talk about these JUMBO muffins for a minute?! 😍

And when I say jumbo… I mean JUMBO. 💛

Just like our breads, our muffins are made with organic ingredients and naturally leavened with active Sourdough starter. They’re given a long fermentation before baking — no commercial yeast or quick-rise shortcuts.

Big, soft, full of flavor, and topped with plenty of streusel because apparently I don’t know how to do anything small. 😂

These are definitely not your average little muffin. 🧁💛
