What would y’all like to see at Main Street Mercantile?

Now that you’ve been able to grab our goodies there for a month, what do you like/don’t like? The cheesecakes + petit fours have been very popular, but tell us some other things you’d be interested in!

We’re looking for product + flavor ideas. Fingers crossed we’ll be able to upgrade our fridge in the next few months to open up options for our refrigerated items 🫶🏼

A test product: peaches + cream pastries. Pie crust with a cream cheese mixture, fresh white peaches, and a spiced honey drizzle using honey from Sandy Creek Farms 🤍

This week marked Cheyenne’s ✨1 year✨ anniversary of working at Sifted + Redeemed!!! She has learned so much + I’m proud of her, her hard work, and her willingness to try anything. She helps make this kitchen run like it does.

Having a nice dinner w/ some good cake was a perfect ending to a long and stressful week 😜 She chose a brown butter cake w/ a vanilla bean cheesecake, a honey cream cheese buttercream, honey drizzle, + mixed berry compote 🫶🏼

Apparently the staff know our cakes well because every time we go, we leave the extra with them. They’re a fan 😂
