It’s been a long time since we’ve made brookies + these always get a lot of questions. Mainly, “What is that?”

It’s just a chocolate chip cookie + brownie baked together (the best combo, in my opinion 😜)

This recipe uses browned butter in the cookie portion and I think that’s my favorite part about it. Our new girl, Braelyn, and I tag teamed making these and I think she’s got it down pat 🫶🏼

I might’ve set some pieces aside for all of us here to snack on 😅

I’ve had a few people ask about teacher appreciation gifts for next week!

Unfortunately, we can’t fit in a preorder since we have customs, a wedding, Mother’s Day preorder (if you haven’t ordered, now’s your chance!), training our new girl, and I’m pretty sure I have a pinched nerve or something in my back 😂

That being said, I was thinking about a preorder for the week after (May 14th pick up) for end of year teacher gifts! We can also do gift cards for both weeks, if that would better suit your needs 🤍

A dessert table with macarons, cake pops, dipped pretzels, dipped Rice Krispies, dipped strawberries, + cheesecake stuffed strawberries!

We typically do not offer dipped pretzels and Rice Krispies. We do them once a year and that’s more than enough for me to say no the rest of the year 😂
