While I LOVE the snow, it’s getting to be that time when I am fully ready for winter to end and the spring flowers to start blooming… I know we still have a ways to go, but looking back on this cake with its delicate blend of handmade wafer paper and fondant florals gets me excited for the warmer days to come.☀️ Bring on all the !

This pressed-flower cake was created using real dried blooms, each individually placed to form an organic cascading garden across four tall tiers.

I finally have a bit of downtime away from my kitchen studio and can’t wait to start sharing many of last year’s cakes over the next few weeks!
