UPDATE: strawberries will be in short supply this weekend. Our berries still seem to be a week away. And the North Carolina strawberry delivery today was cancelled this morning. God bless it. Next week will surely bring on the berries. We still have plenty of fresh beef, tomatoes, and much more.

We sell a lot of wholesome, raw, local foods. Preparation is up to you. Raw and rare is an excellent option. The hanger steak (butchers cut) probably seems like a ghost in our store. If you get to it before I do, you’ve done it, you deserve a standing ovation. You were decisive and prompt. And I trust your judgement.

Do you remember those soft frosted sugar cookies found at the grocery store? Tomorrow I will have my gluten free version available ( lofthouse dupe) These are made with Caputo’s gluten free flour. One side note - some gluten free flours are made with wheat starch. If you’ve been gf for awhile you know what i am talking about. Gluten free flours with wheat starch are safe for those with celiac & gluten sensitivity but generally not for those with a wheat allergy.

This was an order of gluten free/dairy free chocolate cupcakes with gluten free/dairy free frosting. I used dye free food coloring to get this pretty blue color
