We can't thank enough to the community for supporting us. Making a way to come and try out our meals, giving us an opportunity to cook for you. We felt so regretful for some people to tell we were sold out. Thanks for kind words how much you enjoyed our meals. We thrive on that! 😄 We had so much laughters and smiles. Tuesday February 20th, "Beef wrapped in Scallion Pancake" is on a menu at A Simple Path at NEW LOCATION the Galley, Gene's Health Food Inc. Teaching Kitchen. $8 suggesting donation on this meal, slow cooked beef wrapped with scallion pancake with cilantro sauce and julienned cucumbers.
This is one of my favorite dish from Dim Sum. Accompanied with spinach salad with peanut sauce vinaigrette.

Today was the last day preparing lunch at the basement of the New Life Church🍳🥘. Korean tacos were on the menu today. Upon a request, I made vegetarian version with baked avocado, French horn mushrooms and fried tofu instead of roasted pork. (Vegetarian option available with tofu and French Horn mushrooms). 2 soft shelled tortillas with Korean dry rubbed slow cooked pork, puréed homemade kimchi, romaine lettuce, cucumber slices, slithered green onions, sweet kogi sauce and hot ssam sauce. **Reservation only** please comment on this post to reserve yours.
