I've been in the cake design business for about 5 years now after deciding that bakery cakes may look pretty, but fondant cakes don't always have a fantastic flavor. I had already enjoyed baking, but self taught my way through working with my homemade marshmallow based fondant and building cakes. I both design cakes to meet my clients needs or create them with inspiration from pictures provided. Let me make your next occasion both beautiful AND delicious!
