Hi everyone! It's been a good minute. Today i prepared six chicken breasts into seperate baggies with 3 different kinds of marinades. I got some chicken breasts on sale and I believe the total was $13. I bought 3 different marinades for about $3.50 a piece. The plan is to be able to thaw the chicken fairly quickly for an easy protein for dinners. I butterflied and pounded the chicken out evenly. Season to your liking. Put them in gallon sized bags and pour in half the marinades with a little bit of your oil of choice. Label the bag and freeze! Lay flat in your freezer.
Herb and garlic, honey bourbon, and teriyaki are the marinades I used! Enjoy!
