Hi friends! Not an announcement I wanted to make, but unfortunately I will not be taking Christmas orders this year (aside from previously made commitments). I am dealing with the return of pesky chronic migraines, so don’t feel I can reliably commit to baking on a tight schedule right now. I apologize sincerely, and wish you all wonderful holiday celebrations ✨ I’m going to get this migraine situation sorted out, and I will see you all in 2026 with more sourdough!

Starting my bread turkey practice early this year 🦃 and yes, I plan on selling some this time around! Along with other Thanksgiving goodies. Orders will open Nov 12 (for Nov 26th delivery) 🧡

Thank you to everyone who helped make Loaf Culture’s 2nd year at Ottawa Hills Fall Festival another big success! More than anything else, I love getting to spread the joy of homemade, high-quality food while also getting to meet more people in my community. I’ve been so lucky to gain a cohort of recurring customers over the past year, which was one of my big goals when I started, so it’s great to be able to see some faces in person ☺️

This is all we had left after a long day! (Other than the cinnamon rolls, which I happily devoured myself 😅) If you’re interested in some Honey Brown Butter granola, pre-cubed honey white bread to freeze for Thanksgiving stuffing, or a loaf of Honey Wheat sandwich bread, let me know!

Looking ahead, there will be a delivery next week on Sept 25th for which orders will open tonight at 7 PM. There will also be a delivery on Oct 9th for which orders will open on Oct 2nd. After that we will be away for a small break, from which we will be back the last week of October. Thank you for your support- we are continuing to work on how we can increase our production capacity without compromising on quality! 💚

Spot the newest addition to the Loaf Culture workshop! She has raised the bar on our baking game, but also come with a renewed learning curve for sure! That + summer schedules have our deliveries more sporadic right now, which I apologize for. On a positive note, good cocoa powder is back on the market so brownies are back on the menu 🥰

Upcoming deliveries will take place on July 24, August 14, and August 28. After that, drops should return to an almost-weekly basis. As always, the best way to know when a new drop happens is to sign up for text notifications on our website!

Hey friends! Quick update: due to some (unplanned) life happenings along with (planned) equipment updates (good things!) deliveries are temporarily on hold. I hope to be back up and running before the end of the month! In the meantime, I hope you all are enjoying the start of your summer. ☀️

Orders are open on the website for next Friday the 7th! We’re over here obsessing about honey brown butter granola (made granola pancakes yesterday! 😮🤤) and also experimenting with some ideas for a St Patrick’s day special ☘️

Today’s deliveries 💚 Next week’s menu is posted! Added my new “birdseed loaf” which I am very excited about- a multigrain sourdough with lots of yummy, nutritious seeds and whole grains 🥰 also, pink Valentines heart brownies! And a sneak of the special for the following week….
