Happy birthday to Kale Reichenberger!

Kale works alongside his dad, Jeff, here at Thunderbird Bakery, and we are so grateful to have them both as part of our team.

The Reichenberger family has a special history in our community. Jeff’s great-grandfather built and opened the first Reichenberger’s meat market, making it especially meaningful to have another generation of the family as part of our Thunderbird family.

We hope you have a wonderful birthday, Kale. We are so happy to celebrate you today.

Spending Saturday morning baking a custom batch of monkey bread for Oktoberfest over at Lion's Tail Brewing Co. in Neenah.

This one’s based on Kaiserschmarrn, the classic Austrian treat, fluffy pancake like dessert packed with Redmond's Apple Basket Orchard apples, nutmeg, topped with lingonberry jam, and lightly-dusted with powdered sugar.
