Custom baked goods take time to make to ensure you get a quality product that meets both our expectations. A 50%, non-refundable, deposit will need to be collected at the time of the order being placed for all orders of $50 or more. An order is not confirmed until the deposit is received (or an invo

ice is sent for orders less than $50). This deposit covers supplies and expenses. Changes to designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at baker’s discretion and are contingent upon ability to accommodate the request. A change fee may apply for excessive requests. If an order is cancelled more than 14 days in advance, the deposit may be applied to a future order within a 6-month window. If an order is cancelled within 14 days of pickup, the deposit is forfeited. The remainder of payment (and full payment for orders under $50) is due prior to or upon pickup. Payments are accepted through Venmo, credit card and cash. Please honor our mutually agreed upon pickup time. A late fee may be charged at baker's discretion. Delivery is available within Oshkosh for orders over $20 for a $5 delivery fee. Delivery is available within 20 miles of Oshkosh for a $10 delivery fee. If you need an accommodation, please ask to see what we may be able to accommodate. Failure to pick up orders on pickup date may result in order being donated. On the subject of inspiration photos, I am always happy to discuss inspiration photos and design a custom set within my realm of ability and design capabilities. I am realistic about my skill level and share images of products I’ve created to give you a sense of my style to know if it’s what you desire. That being said, I cannot and will not promise an exact replica of the example cookies sent to me. Each baker has their own style, process and designs. Prices listed are base prices. When we discuss your desired products, certain features and details will cost more than the base price. This will be reflected in your quote to cover time and expenses. Nonesuch Bakery, LLC is not an allergen-free kitchen. While products may not contain common allergens, I cannot guarantee there will not be cross-contamination. If you have questions regarding allergens or ingredients, please inquire before we confirm your order. All products are produced in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens and is not subject to public health inspection. If I am unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued promptly, and I will attempt to provide you with alternative bakers. In the unlikely event your order doesn’t meet your expectations, I will do my best to make it right.
