Wow a whole year!!!?
We are celebrating 1 full year of Breader Than Wheat bringing gluten free baked goods to central Florida and beyond!

If we rebranded every time we changed or improved what we do, it’d be a never ending process! But it was long overdue for us to update our website and photos.

Let me reintroduce myself!
My name is Michelle and I’m a dedicated gluten free baker, whose goal is to provide delicious delicacies to everyone! Whether you’re gluten free out of necessity or simply due to preference, our baked goods are sure to impress and delight!

Our not so secret ingredient is love! Big things are in the workings for this year and we can’t wait to share more soon! Crumb and see us sometime!

The message on the cookies might already say enough, but in case it doesn’t, here it is plainly.

We do not condone the actions of ICE or the way they are currently carrying out their duties. This isn’t about politics. It’s about humanity. The treatment of people right now is inhumane, full stop. Staying silent is being complicit. And no one gets to claim moral high ground on stolen land while demonizing immigrants. Immigration is foundational to this country. Without it, none of us are here.

If this upsets you, that’s fine. We are not here to serve people who lack basic ethics or empathy, and we have no shortage of customers who align with our values.

To those who stay and support us, thank you. We’re proud to serve all humans of planet Earth who believe in dignity, compassion, and doing better.
