Our Christmas Eve cake this year!

Chocolate cake layered between 2 different fillings. Whipped mint chocolate ganache and the other marzipan chocolate ganache. Mint was hands down the winner….

Note to self, NEVER try a new cake recipe on a holiday. It tasted great but was dry as a bone. Hey, at least the cake looks good… 🎅🤶🎄❤️💚

My one and only wedding cake!
Vanilla sponge with mascarpone frosting and lemon curd layers. Topped with his (chocolate with Jack Daniel’s frosting) and hers (vanilla and mascarpone topped with handcrafted edible fondant roses) themed cupcakes.
I always bring extra frosting to events, just in case of mishaps. I knew it was a hit when ladies were standing in front of the open fridge eating the frosting from the pastry bag 🌹
