A Happy Birthday Shout Out to My Godson!!😇🎊🎉 He ordered his Pecan Pie Cheesecake 3 weeks in advance!! I love baking and creating Birthday Cakes especially for those I love!! It is sincerely a blessing to be apart of their birthdays!! 🎉🎊The first storm hit July 4th weekend and my son’s Birthday was the 5th. Fast forward the storm hit July 27th and I needed to have my Godson Cheesecake ready by the 30th. The power came back on July 28th at 8:24PM. Those of you who make, bake or sell cheesecake know I need 24 hours!! Thank God I was able to bake the cheesecake, get the overnight hours to set and create the pecan pie caramel the morning of!!
