As we head into September, my bookings are going to look a little different! 🤍

Normally, I’m taking on around 6 parties a weekend, but for the next little while I’ll be limiting my bookings to 3 parties per weekend.

Why? 👀
I’ve got a VERY exciting project in the works that I’ll be putting a lot of time, love, and hard work into behind the scenes. 🏡✨

So if you have an upcoming celebration, please book early! With only 3 spots available each weekend, they’re going to fill up much quicker than usual.

Along with all of your favorite treats, you’ll now find fresh bread options, cakes, cake pops, cakesicles, cupcakes, and charcuterie offerings—all in one place!

You may notice a small price increase. I haven’t adjusted my pricing in over a year and a half, and as Lems Gourmet Eats has continued to grow, I’ve gained more experience, refined my recipes, and put even more care into every order. This small adjustment helps me continue providing the quality you deserve while keeping my business sustainable. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and say thank you to everyone who has supported Lems Gourmet Eats. Whether you’ve placed an order, shared a post, or simply followed along, I truly appreciate every single one of you.

As my business continues to grow, I’ve been receiving more inquiries than ever, and I wanted to share a quick reminder about my response times. I do my best to respond to all new order inquiries within 24 hours. After that, replies about design details, flavors, pricing, and planning may take a little longer depending on how far away your event is.

If your event is coming up soon, I always make it a priority and will usually respond within a few hours. If your event is several months away, you may notice a little more time between messages as I focus on customers with upcoming orders.

I also work a full-time job outside of my baking business, so while Lems Gourmet Eats is a huge passion of mine, my full-time job has to remain my first priority. I promise I’m never ignoring you or ghosting your messages—I truly value every inquiry and every customer, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
