Gooey chocolate and walnut filling that's a little denser than your typical pecan pie and almost reminds me of a super soft, warm chocolate chip cookie. All of that warm goodness is inside a perfectly flaky and buttery pie crust.

Did you know I'm a chocolate snob?? I'm always trying new chocolates not only for my business but for my personal desserts as well. Pop quiz, how do you spot a good chocolate from a bad one? Besides the sugar content, look for a good snap. I went through a lot of chocolates before choosing one for my pot de creme recipe, since it's flavor comes from the chocolate alone, I needed to make sure I had a good one. Most of the chocolates I use for my desserts you can't find easily
